1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through www.n1neurozen.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
Neurozen® aims to present all product information, pricing and imagery accurately and clearly. Colours, packaging and formulations may vary slightly.
Neurozen® is a dietary supplement, not a medical product. It supports focus and mental clarity but does not replace medical advice or a balanced lifestyle.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed through the available payment methods on the website. Orders are dispatched once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 22:00 CET are shipped the same day. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is one business day.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified by email. Neurozen® is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers or international customs.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened and undamaged, and the return must be registered via support@n1neurozen.com before sending.
Opened or used products cannot be returned under the legal right of withdrawal due to hygiene regulations.
After the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are issued within five business days to the original payment method.
6. Guarantee and Liability
Neurozen® guarantees that its products meet standard quality requirements. The customer is responsible for correct use as instructed on the packaging.
Neurozen® is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use, allergic reactions or failure to follow instructions. Do not use the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding or when taking medication without consulting a medical professional.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond the control of Neurozen®, such as disruptions, delays or force majeure events, obligations may be temporarily suspended.
9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
