1. EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. After submitting the withdrawal request, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
This right applies only to products that are unopened, sealed and undamaged, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations.
2. Neurozen 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If Neurozen does not meet your expectations within 30 days, contact us at support@n1neurozen.com and our team will take care of it.
This voluntary guarantee is separate from EU consumer rights and allows the return of opened products. It can be used once per customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return Requirements
For EU withdrawal returns:
Products must be unopened and sealed, packaging must be intact, and the return must be initiated within the 14-day legal period.
For the 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
Opened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, one-time per customer.
4. How to Request a Return
Please email support@n1neurozen.com with your name, order number and whether the request concerns an EU withdrawal return or the satisfaction guarantee.
You will receive detailed return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
5. Refund Processing
After the returned product is received, refunds are processed within five business days and issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
